Non-Immigrant Visas

Require Documentation For Application

State Department Tips for U.S. Visas: Business or Pleasure

Each applicant for a nonimmigrant visa must apply in person and should be prepared to submit:

  1. A completed and signed OF-156 application form. One form is needed for each person including children. Blank forms are available at the Embassy at no charge.

  2. A valid passport.

  3. Two photographs 1.5" x 1.5" (37mm x 37mm) against a white background with the applicant’s signature on the reverse side.

  4. Each applicant must pay a nonrefundable application fee of $131.00 in U.S. currency. Cash only. No Checks.

Note: To avoid any delay in your application, please photocopy all your documents before coming to the Embassy for your interview.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We are serious about visa fraud.   Please be truthful in the information and documents you provide.   If you submit fake or tampered documents to the Embassy, you may become permanently ineligible for a visa to the United States.
